As I recall Bob Ross attacks James White and defends Joel Osteen. There are times I believe that Bob Ross has lost it because like James White I am having a hard time believing that Bob Ross is truly Reformed anymore. Also, I have a hard time believing that Stephen Macasil or Ken Silva is truly Reformed. I do post Bob Ross material connected to Larry Wessels as I find it useful because this was material published when Bob Ross appeared to be somewhat Reformed, but since that time he appears to have lost in my opinion his Reformed Faith standing. Having read some of Bob Ross’s material before he did a grand jump into sillyness; there was evidence that Bob Ross was never truly Reformed Faith as he loved to quote non-Reformed Baptist or should I say non-Calvinist Baptist and hold these men in high esteem as equal to C. H. Spurgeon and other Calvinist Baptist. Bob Ross has a spiritual discernment problem but perhaps it is a systematic theology problem. The systematic theology book that Bob Ross loves to quote from is one done by a non-Calvinist Baptist. I got this Systematic Theology book because Bob Ross recommended it and started reading it; I became very disappointed as it had in it attacks on Calvinism. For the record, I believe Bob Ross may be right enough in this confession of faith to be saved from eternal Hell fire; but I am not God and only God knows for sure.
I simply wish that Bob Ross would stop acting like a bully but he is not the only person in Christendom that I wish would stop acting like a Calvinist Pope. One Calvinist Pope is one too many but Robert Albert Morey, Ken Silva, Stephen Macasil, and Bob Ross creates four different Calvinist Popes and it is impossible to be faithful to all four.
It is no mistake that Bob Ross has a blog called the Calvinist Flyswatter. One can only hope that someday Bob Ross will realize that he deserves to be hit by his own flyswatter more than some of the persons he loves to attack like R. C. Sproul and James White.
